Property Management Staff
Joey Fay, Principle of our Northern Kentucky Office has been working in the Community Association Management industry for more than a decade. Prior to entering the community association management field, Joey grew up and worked for years in the hospitality industry managing Marriott Hotels. Joey prides himself in bringing a high level of customer service and interaction into an industry that has, for years, lacked both.
When not working, Joey enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, boating, and spending time with friends.
Brad joined Stonegate Property Management in 2012. Brad excels in customer service, going back to his time spent in the hospitality industry for many years. Brad serves as a senior property manager and provides guidance to other property managers in the office.
Outside of work, Brad is married and enjoys spending time with his family including a son and daughter. He also enjoys watching sports, especially the UK Wildcats.
Joanie joined the Stonegate Property Management team in early 2016. She has previous experience in commercial real estate. Joanie provides outstanding service to her communities and Boards and specializes in working with communities in development.
Jessica joined Stonegate Property Management in 2016. Jessica has been involved in community management for over 10 years starting with apartment management and moving into regional management. Jessica works hard to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Jessica enjoys photography and loves spending time with her family, dogs and farm animals.
Patrick Miller joined Stonegate Property Management in 2017. He oversees multiple PUDs, HOAs and COAs. His work eithic and determination allow for him to be successful in the Property Management industry. Prior to joining Stonegate Property Management, Patrick worked for another property management company and was on the coaching staff for women’s collegiate basketball at Northern Kentucky University and University of Cincinnati.
Kevin joined the Stonegate team in late 2018. Kevin was involved in managing college student apartment living for 10+ years before joining Stonegate’s Kentucky Office. Kevin strives to provide strong service to all his properties.
Kevin is originally from Michigan and enjoys walking his two miniature schnauzers (Echo and Max), hiking, reading, and questions every year why he continues to cheer for the Detroit Lions.
Stephanie joined Stonegate Property Management in 2021. Prior to joining the Stonegate team, Stephanie spent 10 years playing as a professional volleyball player in various countries overseas. She prides herself on her work ethic and strives to provide strong customer service to her properties. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, spending time with family and her mini Goldendoodle—Hilo, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bearcats.
Georgeann Razor joined the Stonegate Property Management team in 2022. Georgeann has been in property management for 15 years starting in community leasing. Georgeann prides herself on her ability to give excellent customer service and dedication to provide solutions for all customers. Georgeann enjoys spending time with her husband, riding bikes and learning to master her skateboard.
Beth Hutton started with Stonegate in 2021 and has over 8 years’ experience as a community association manager. Beth has her Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist designations and is working towards the Professional Community Association Manager designation. Outside of work, Beth likes to spend time with her family and friends.
Rachel joined Stonegate Property Management in 2022. Prior to joining Stonegate Rachel was in the medical field and worked in Occupational Therapy. Rachel prides herself on her customer service skills. Outside of work Rachel enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her family, friends and two dogs. Go Bengals!
Natasha Adams joined the Stonegate Property Management team in 2022.
Andrea Razor has been with the Stonegate Property Management Team since 2023. Building and maintaining strong relationships is one for her core values. With over 15 years of Property Management experience, she takes pride in customer service and problem solving. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, real estate, and interior design.
Amy Luallen joined the Stonegate Property Management team in 2024. Amy has 4 years Community Management experience and 10 years residential management experience. On her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events and live music.
Maintenance Division Staff
Brad Lehman started with Stonegate in 2022 as the lead of the Stonegate Property Management Maintenance Division. He has previously worked in the safety field at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and project management at Northern Kentucky University. Brad obtained his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University and master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his sister, his wife and their daughter.
Spencer joined the maintenance team in 2022.
Dan joined the maintenance team in 2024.
Administrative Team
Stephanie Braun joined the Stonegate Property Management team in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her doggos.
Erica joined Stonegate Property Management in 2018 and has over 15 years’ experience working in community association management. Outside of work Erica enjoys reading, spending time with her family and cheering on the Reds!
April Ward joined the Stonegate Property Management team in 2021.
